Just wanted to add a piece to our “All About the Flu” series. 

This time around the subject was none other than myself rather than one of you!  I decided I’d fill you in on my very own experience with the flu.

Now, I know not everybody’s situation is the same, but in general, the flu runs a similar course among those that it inflicts.

Here’s my story:

Once again, I want to stress that I know how serious the flu can be, especially for those who have underlying health conditions or a compromised immune system.  I’m not trying to water down your encounter with the flu.  I know it sucks and you probably feel like crap (I did), but so long as you treat yourself well, you’ll make a full recovery in no time.
