Hi A,

I would have to say that it is probably best to see your physician so that you can be properly diagnosed. Where are the abnormal spots -hands, body or genital area?

Warts and herpes can be "caught" without sexual contact. If the skin is in the genital area, warts and herpes can be transferred during oral sex or even just touching of genital areas (even with no penetration).

If you like to email some more info, we can help figure out what treatment is best. But once again, it may be best to see your doctor.

Take care,
Nova
