Hi Jennifer, thank you for leaving a comment! Next Choice works best within 72 hours after intercourse. It has been proven to be more effective the closer you take it to intercourse. So, 4 hours is better then 10 hours which is better then 24 hours which is better then 27 hours. So, it is better to take it at 24 hours versus 27 hours, however the difference of 3 hours wouldn't be a huge deal. I hope this clears it up a little!

Take care,
Nova

Hey, thanks for posting your questions! I wrote a quick article in response to your comment, so be sure to check it out. It should pop-up near the top of the blog page, but if it doesn't, I put it under the "women's health" category. Have a great day and come back soon!

What if I took Plan B ONE day before my ovulation date - but then I ovulate after that because Plan B delays ovulation. How long does Plan B delays ovulation for? and how effective is it days after taken?

thanks
