		<description>Thanks for your Neti pot info and opening it up for discussion. It has been used for thousands of years in Eastern Medicine. 
I use it in the evening to clear out the pollen and city grime which accumulates during the day. I have found using it in the shower is easiest. 

Another solution to use with your pot is to mix in the water a tiny bit, just s few drops of Hydrogen Peroxide to kill germs. Yes it has a slight stinging sensation. I have found it to be extremely beneficial, especially if I &quot;coming down&quot; with a cold or nasal congestion.
